Come Join Our Next Parish Trip to Haiti

Led by Fr. Frank Rouleau, we will celebrate Mass with our sister parish, meet our scholarship students, visit Dr. Gilbert Wilkens' program funded by our monthly collection, tour the museum of Haiti, and many other activities.

There is nothing like actually going to Haiti and seeing it for yourself. Our twinning covenant requires our parishioners to visit them regularly and build the relationship and the Haitians are so grateful to know that they are not forgotten.

When: January 17-22, 2019 (6 days, 5 nights).

Approx cost: $1,100, including flights, food and accommodation at the diocese’s Mission House in Port-au-Prince.

If you can’t go yourself, donations to help others go would be much appreciated and some financial assistance may be available.

For more information see the separate information under "Visiting Haiti," and contact Rich Higgins (860-767-1503) or email richardhiggins43@gmail.com.

Annual Fellowship Dinner

On Saturday, April 28th we held our annual Haiti Dinner, celebrating 20 years of our twinning relationship with Notre Dame de Lourdes. We reviewed some of the achievements of the last 20 years and remembered the many people who have helped this ministry thrive over the many years. Everyone had their choice of salmon or chicken, which was generously provided by Lenny & Joe's Fishtale in Madison, and there were gifts, a lucky door prize and several raffles.
